当主语是第一人称或第二人称的时候用go，当主语是第三人称的时候用goes。当是第三人称复数是用原形go。例如:Let&39;s go to the movie.(第一人称）She often goes to the movie with me .（第三人称）They play basketball in the playground.（第三人称复数）You can watch TV with your brother.(第二人称）。

如:
After a short rest ,they went on with the work .
短暂休息之年，他们继续那项工作。
go on to do sth . 指接着做另外一件事。
如：
After finishing the words , they went on to go over the text.
结束单词后，他们接着通课文。
